She does this to impress and reserve you as a long term customer. The first impressions (sexual experiences) are the lasting impressions. Sex then goes rapidly downhill, unless you ‘give her’ something in return to reenact those first encounters. No matter how lousy the sex will get later, she knows you’ll always reminisce those exhilarating first times with her, and keep going back to her to relive those ‘memorable’ encounters.
