Ella Marija Yelich O’Connor, better known as Lorde, is a fresh and young singing sensation that has made a name for herself in the past few years. Despite being born in 1998, Lorde is wise beyond her years and is turning into one of the most influential celebrities. She has been extremely vocal about the struggles young girls face in regards to body image. In 2013, she was known as one of the most influential teenagers of the year and she has not stopped since. She is young, talented and grounded and is an incredible role model for young women everywhere.
