Many people consider Amanda Bynes to be the worst celebrity driver of all time. The once popular actress has committed many offenses behind the wheel which include getting a DUI, sideswiping a police car, driving with a suspended license multiple times, being high while driving, and leaving the scene of an accident that she caused! All of her troubles seemed to start when she was pulled over for just talking on a cell phone while driving, and things just kept getting worse from there. Bynes retired from acting in 2012 and perhaps she should consider giving up on driving as well.
