He has more than 50 years in the filmmaking industry and has been in over 70 movies. Not everyone can flaunt such achievements.

However, being an actor with a career older than most of the readers of this article is not the only thing he is known for. Oga Bello is reported to have 18 children! Can you imagine that? It has been said that he has nine sons and nine daughters, as well as 15 grandchildren. So let’s take a closer look at them.

The eldest son is Wale Adebayo, not to be confused with another famous Nigerian actor with the same name. Adebayo Salami’s firstborn is the Managing Director of a cleaning and landscaping company Flexyklin, from Abuja. He has a wife and a son.

The second eldest son followed his father’s example and became a recognizable Nigerian actor. We are talking of course about Femi Adebayo. A lot can be said about him: he is an award-winning actor, a certified lawyer, CEO of J-15 media network, including J-15 School of Performing Arts, a father of two and a husband. But if we list all of his redeeming qualities, this article would be several pages long.

Sadiq Adebayo works as a location manager and occasionally stars in movies. He manages Blackman Entertainment. Sadiq studied Geology and Mineral Science at the University of Ilorin. He is happily married and has a child.

Rilwan Adebayo is a video editor that works with some of the big names in the Nigerian show business, and also does post production on his family’s projects.

Layiwola (or Lai) Adebayo graduated from Lagos State University. He holds a degree in History and International Studies. He is fashion-oriented and owns a luxury store Trends Spotter. He is happily married.

Hammed Adebayo is a school coordinator at a private school in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

Akeem Adebayo designs clothes and has an office in Ilorin.

The youngest son, Kunle Adebayo, studied History and International Studies at the University of Ilorin (like his brother Lai).

The only names we could find are Omolara, Kemi, Tobi and Olamide. Kemi and Tobi both graduated from the University of Roehampton in London. Omolara and Olamide are both happily married. That’s it. That is all we know about the Adebayo girls.

Having and supporting one child can be hard and tiresome, but what can be said about 18? On numerous occasions Oga Bello has said that he would not advise anyone to have this many children. If he had the opportunity, in his second life he would have a smaller family. However, he does not regret anything, as his children are making him proud every day.
