No, no, no! Leather outfits can be amazing, especially on Rihanna, and normally, if anyone would be able to pull off head-to-toe leather, it would be her, but this leather combination is just a major faux pas. Rihanna chose to wear this outfit to the launch party for her fifth studio album, Unapologetic, in 2012. The album included many hit singles such as “Right Now” (featuring David Guetta), “Stay” (featuring MikkyEkko), “Diamonds” (penned by Sia), and “Pour It Up.” What is also unapologetic is that outfit! For some reason, Rihanna decided to wear a leather cap, an oversized, leather top, and baggy, three-quarter-length, leather trousers. She just looks so awkward in this outfit!

Oh dear. This is a really tacky outfit. It could be one of the tackiest outfits ever worn by Rihanna. It’s not the worst outfit worn by her, but while the others were outlandish outfits that you’d never see anyone else wearing, this actually looks like the typical outfit worn by some classless girl for a night out. And Rihanna wore this for a night out! She was seen leaving the Rose Club in London in August of 2012 wearing this outfit. The top’s fine, the skirt’s a bit on the tacky side, but those snakeskin boots have got to be one of the ugliest boots ever made. Now, we are in no way suggesting that Rihanna is one of those classless girls we mentioned earlier because she’s not, but that outfit is hideous!

Sure, fishnets are a risky choice in general. However, they can go really well with certain outfits, and we know that Rihanna would definitely be able to rock a classic pair of fishnets and have a bunch of girls copying her. We doubt that anyone was in a hurry to copy this look! Seriously, since classic fishnets can be a pretty risky choice anyway, why would anyone want to create any kind of variation, especially one as pointless as these fishnets? They’re not much longer than her shorts, so they’re just impractical and probably uncomfortable, given the way that they dig into her thighs! The outfit actually would’ve been fine without them, it would’ve been a casual and comfortable, yet interesting outfit, ideal for performing on stage, especially when you have energetic dance routines to perform!
