Shina Peller, the founder of Club Quilox, is a business man and socialite. He is the son of Alhaja Silifat and Professor Moshood Abiola Peller. His father was a renowned Nigerian magician that held the world spell bound with his magical prowess in the 80s and 90s. According to Shina Peller, his parents were very strict. He grew up in a devout Muslim home. He traces his origins to Iseyin, Oyo State in South-Western Nigeria.
He studied Chemical Engineering at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Nigeria, where he obtained his first degree in 2002. Subsequently, he obtained the degree of Masters in Business Management also from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2013.
Peller served in Abia State in 2003 to fulfil the mandatory one-year service of National Youth Service required of all Nigerian graduates.

Presently, Shina Abiola Peller has enlarged his line of businesses to also cover Aquila Oil & Gas, Aquila Smart Homes, and Aquila Global Resources. These are subsidiaries of the Aquila Group which specialize in mineral resources and real estate. Aquila Oil & Gas is a new-generation, systems-driven firm that has made a strong presence in the oil sector in its long years of existence.
It thus supplies most of the important fuel used to power generating sets of most Nigerian industries and manufacturing firms with numerous brand new trucks to strengthen the distributive arm of the oil business across the nation, inclusive of his new massive ongoing oil tank farm construction in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.
