“Throw Away The Keys”- Davido reacts as Peruzzi tracks down Twitter influencer who made fake tweets claiming he slept with Chioma(VIDEO)

Nigerian singer Davido and his former label signee, Peruzzi, are taking legal action against a Twitter user who fabricated a tweet accusing Peruzzi of sleeping with Davido’s wife, Chioma.

The Twitter user, known as Baddy of Lassu, admitted to forging a tweet that appeared to be written by Peruzzi.

In the fabricated tweet, Peruzzi allegedly called Davido ungrateful and claimed he was upset because he had slept with Chioma.

Baddy of Lassu apologized and took full responsibility for his actions, promising it wouldn’t happen again.

“I apologize for posting an edited tweet which involves Peruzzi and Davido. I take full responsibility for all my actions and I promise it will never happen again. My apologies to DMW management.” he wrote.

However, Peruzzi and Davido were not appeased.

Peruzzi requested his followers to retweet his statement, implying he was seeking legal action for financial compensation.

Reacting to this, Davido expressed strong disapproval of the fabricated tweet.

He tweeted, “Throw away the keys,” suggesting the user deserves imprisonment.
