13. Larry Ellison

Larry Ellison was born to an unwed Jewish mother who gave him to his aunt and uncle for adoption. His adopotive mother was kind while his adoptive father was distant. In 1982 the company became Oracle Systems Corporation and Larry Ellison became a software mogul.
