Researchers found that a strong laughter for 10-15 minutes daily can increase energy consumption by 10 to 40 calories per day. This fact alone may induce a weight loss of half to 2 kg annually!. Laughter really may be the best medicine. Not only does it calm the nerves, improve the immune system, and break the ice, but it also burns calories.
