Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, you may recognize Mia J.J. Abrams’ hit TV series “Alias.” Mia was originally auditioning for Abrams’ LOST when she landed the role. You may also know her face from the big screen, having appeared in 4 films with her friend and colleague Selma Hayek: “Timecode,” “Frida,” “In the Time of the Butterflies,” and “Hotel.” Maestro won an Imagen Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2004. The award honors Latino members of the entertainment industry.
