Twerk Team consists of Mizz Twerksum and Lady Luscious. They are sisters and are managed by their mother, Leslie Willis. They first formed in 2005 in Atlanta. The team quickly became the hottest topic on the Internet when they released their twerking videos online. They first rose to fame when they uploaded a video of them twerking to Soulja Boy’s “She’s Got A Donk”. In its first week, the video got roughly one million views. This has opened up many doors and provided great career opportunities for the Twerk Team. They have appeared in videos and concerts for artists like, Waka Flocka, French Montana and Wale. They have also expanded their twerking careers into a music career and released the single, “Gangsta”. Despite moving on to a singing career, the Twerk Team promises that they’ll keep on twerking their derrieres.
