Kanye West loves being controversial and shocking, so when the rapper decided to act out as Jesus for the cover of Rolling Stone magazine, he was sure to rub a lot of people the wrong way. Wearing the iconic crown of thorns on his head in a bewildered and filtered background, Kanye made sure he channeled his inner Jesus character for what would become one of the most talked about magazine covers in 2006. It was also named one of the best-selling issues for the news outlet for that same year, so a lot of people must have been drawn to purchase a copy once they saw the cover.
