6. Mary-Kate Olsen – Fame, Hard To Handle

Mary-Kate Olsen is half of the famed ‘Olsen Twins.’ Growing up as a child star on television has left a graveyard of issues for many aspiring actors. By the time high school hit, Mary-Kate was well off of her hit show, but her alcohol and drug problems were just beginning. The famed actress had a big bank account and could write her own ticket in the world. But the spotlight proved to be too great for her as she heavily drank, started smoking pot and snorting cocaine. In addition to the drug issues, she was forced to enter rehab for anorexia. Our guess is that this was a 2 for 1 visit to get her life under control before she suffered a similar fate to other successful child stars.
