If you grow up absurdly rich and are attractive, I guess you can pretty much do whatever you want. At least, that’s how Paris seemed to live her childhood. Hilton was able to hit whatever club she wanted in New York and started drinking and doing drugs very early in life. She hit the clubs in New York and Los Angeles hard as a teenager.
