Mariah Carey didn’t hold her tongue when it came to giving her opinion about Kim Kardashian’s marriage to Kris Humphries. Carey said she thought it was ridiculous for the pair to have such an extravagant wedding. Apparently, she was right, because it only took 72 days for Kris and Kim to get a divorce. Carey also compared Kim and Kris’ marriage to her own union with then-husband Nick Cannon. Mariah said that she doesn’t put on a “fake face for Hollywood”, and that the reason she and Cannon were still married is because they work through things when they’re upset with each other. Some say that Carey just went out of her way to criticize Kim because Nick and Kim had a brief relationship back in the day.
