The immediate response from fans was that there was something a little suspicious about the shot – namely, the line of the curve around her booty, which is suggestive of butt pads. She strongly denied that she was wearing any, claiming it was just the natural effect of the Spanx. Still, she does look perhaps a little rounder than usual. We already know she’s had lip fillers done, and she denied those at first, too, so we can’t really trust what she has to say on the subject.

If I were to have a fake ass, wouldn’t it be dimple free?” A butt lift could still have been performed however, as this involves injecting fat taken from elsewhere on the body.

She had a plastic surgeon come in to Ice & Coco , to inspect her booty in front of an audience.
