4. Milk
Milk is one the best ingredients if you want to shred your body and melt away belly fat. A study examined the effects of calcium rich milk amongst a sample of over 100 women in their premenopausal phase. The results revealed that the women who had a calcium-rich diet with plenty of milk lost amsignificant amount of fat. Furthermore, for every 100mg dose of calcium that they took each day, which is around half a cup of frozen yogurt or a glass of milk, they cut down an inch of fat from their intra-abdominal region. We all agonize over the hard-to-melt belly fat, especially the fat surrounding our internal organs, which increase our risk for developing cancers, and heart ailments.
