9 User-Friendly Keyboard
While iPhones have jumped on the train of showing lowercase letters on the keyboard when capital letters are not in use, Android’s keyboard is still much better with the popular swipe option. Plus, you don’t have to go to a completely new keyboard to get punctuations that are used often such as the period, question mark, comma, and exclamation point. The convenience of this major difference is what has caused many former Apple users to make the change from iPhone to Android with no regret.
8 Easier Access To Contacts
While it seems minimal, Android’s contact system is beating the iPhone by a long shot right now. The contacts in an Android phone are much easier to use as it features bigger pictures for the contact, making the contact easier to identify, especially using Google Contacts. Plus, even though iPhone has the capability of synching contacts with Facebook, considering recent news, it’s safe to say many want to keep their personal phone information away from the social media app so synching might not be an attractive feature.
7 More Login Options
While iPhone touts the beloved passcode or even the TouchID as coveted login options, Android devices offer even more, including facial and retina recognition. Yes, we know, the iPhone X does provide the facial recognition option, but it’s missing the fingerprint and retina option, so there’s really not a full win here. Plus, Android gives you a larger amount of options as Samsung’s newest Galaxy phone features the fingerprint, retina, AND facial recognition, causing users to switch from iPhone to Android.
