D’banj is a famous music act in Nigeria, and the CEO at DB Records. He was the cofounder of MoHits Records alongside Don Jazzy.
As both partners went separate ways, MoHits went extinct. D’banj formed DB Records, and Don Jazzy quickly founded Mavin Records. D’banj ever since has featured American artistes in his songs, won multiple awards and also signed endorsement deals.
