Man narrates how waiter saved his pocket when his date asked for most expensive drink

A man described how a fellow who adheres to the “bro code” saved him when he brought a woman out to dinner.

The man who goes by the handle @masaun k claimed that when his date requested the most costly drink, the male server turned to face him and gave him a surprised expression.

The employee serving them at that time kept telling the lady that all of the pricey items were sold out.

When they were finished, Masaun claimed he was overwhelmed with gratitude and proceeded to give the waiter a tip, but he declined it.

The man relayed his story in reaction to a tweep @ThatDakari who tweeted; What’s the worst thing a woman has done on the first date?

Masaun wrote; “She literally asked what was their most expensive drink. The waiter met my eyes and the bro code kicked in. He just kept saying everything was out of stock. God bless him where he is now. I went back to give him a tip but he declined.”
