Fans of Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri has showered praises on her for using her platform to launch the careers of several promising actors.
As you may know, Kadiri’s got a magic touch when it comes to spotting hidden gems.
Through her YouTube channel, which boasts over 5 million fans, she’s given a platform to aspiring actors, like Chidi Dike, Stefania, Eronini and others, turning them into overnight stars.
Taking to Twitter, a fan identified as Chude Nnamdi hailed Kadiri as a game-changer for Nollywood itself.
He pointed out that by using YouTube, she’s bringing the industry into the digital age, opening doors for fresh talent and expanding Nollywood’s reach like never before.
“Ruth Kadiri doesn’t get enough credit for bringing more than 9 young actors to the spotlight through YouTube.
The fact that many Nollywood movie producers are creating a niche for themselves on YouTube shows how big Nollywood has grown.
Nigerians are sleeping on this side of the digital world.” He wrote.
Reacting to this, Other fans of Ruth Kadiri showered praises on her, declaring that she indeed, deserve an accolade.
