1. The 2015 Presidential and National Assembly Elections have been rescheduled to hold on Saturday 28th March, 2015 2. Polling will be organized in 119,973 polling units across the 36 States of Nigeria and the (FCT) 3. Polling units will open at 8A.M for accreditation of voters and close at 1PM. 4. Voting will begin at 1:30PM. When every accredited voter will form a queue & voting will close after the last voter 5. NOTE: No person will be allowed 2 vote at a polling unit other than d one where they registered and got accredited 6. To vote in the 2015 elections, One Must: Be a Nigerian citizen. 7. To vote in the 2015 elections, One Must: Be 18 years and above. 8. To vote in the 2015 elections, One Must: Possess a Permanent Voter Card (PVC) 9. To vote in the 2015 elections, One Must: Be in the Register of Voters where he/she is assigned to vote 10. 11. ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE

12. The Presiding Officer (PO) at the polling unit will: Allow voters into the polling unit in an orderly queue. 13. Where culture disallows men and women mingling on a queue, create separate queues for men and women. 14. The Presiding Off (PO) at the polling unit will: Read the PVC with CR & Request the voter to present his/her PVC. 15. On being authenticated, the voter will present himself/herself to APO II who will request for his/her PVC 16. The Presiding Officer (PO) at the polling unit will: Check the Register of Voters for the records of the voter 17. PO will tick as appropriate on the Register and apply indelible ink on the specified finger of voter’s left hand 18. 19. VOTING PROCEDURE

20. The Presiding Officer will Invite voters to form a single queue. 21. The Presiding Officer will Request a security agent to stand behind the last person on queue. 22. Show d empty ballot boxes to all present,lock up the ballot boxes with seals provided, and declare the poll open. 23. Upon a voter’s presentation of his/her PVC, one of the poll officials will 24. Issue him/her stamped-and-signed ballot papers, folding d ballot papers vertically with the printed side inwards 25. Apply indelible ink on d appropriate finger of voter & request him/her to go to the voting cubicle and thumbprint 26. The voter thumbprints ballot paper provided beside party logo of choice, and deposit ballot paper into ballot box 27. 28. ELECTION DAY OFFENCES ARE:

29. No person shall on the Election Day do any of the following in the polling environment:

30. No person on the Election Day shall Campaign for votes, or persuade a voter not to vote for a candidate

31. No person on the Election Day shall Campaign Shout slogans concerning the election, or in support of any party

32. No person on D Election Day shall Be in possession of an offensive weapon or wear any apparel to intimidate voters

33. Use a vehicle bearing the color or symbol of a political party or candidate

34. Loiter without lawful excuse after voting or after being refused to vote

35. Snatch or destroy any election materials or Blare siren

36. Anyone who instigates or provokes violence will have no choice but face jail term.
