2. Warren Buffett
Buffett is known for living a modest life. He is the third richest man in the world, with a net worth of $69.6 billion. Warren was the most successful investor of the last century, known for his work ethic and philanthropy. Money is clearly not important to him, as he lives in a house that he bought over 50 years ago for $31,500. He doesn’t own a yacht or a plane (or even a mobile phone!), and was never fond of giving money to his children because he wanted them to be financially independent. He made his first investment at the age of 11, and although he is 84 now, he still goes to work every day, simply because he never lost his passion for investing.
