Well, he’s also been accused of rape.
In 2005, Ronaldo was arrested in connection to the alleged raping of a young woman in a London hotel. The investigation eventually yielded nothing and all charges against Ronaldo were dropped due to insufficient evidence. He may have escaped unscathed, but this allegation remains as one of the most unpleasant smudges on Ronaldo’s already-controversial personal life.
