Dirty things Cristiano Ronaldo wants you to forget – He’s won the Ballon d’Or, the FIFA World Player of the Year Award, the FIFA Ballon d’Or Award, the UEFA Best Player in Europe Award, numerous club championships, and is considered alongside Lionel Messi to be the greatest footballer of all time.

With more money than he can spend in 10 life times and a legion of adoring fans, you can definitely say that Cristiano Ronaldo‘s professional life is going pretty good.

If only his personal life was as clean as his football stats.

Whilst Ronaldo makes headlines everywhere with his brilliant performances and rivalry with Lionel Messi, rumours of Ronaldo’s many alleged dalliances with numerous women, and a few unpleasant scandals have also had their share of the limelight. Whilst not all whispers and rumours are true, Ronaldo’s reputed off-pitch activities and exploits has crept far enough into unsavoury territory that it occasionally threatens his superstar image.

Without further ado, here is a list of 10 things about Cristiano Ronaldo’s personal life that he wishes he could erase from everyone’s memory.

10. He Once Totaled A $200,000 Ferrari

Back in 2009, Ronaldo was involved in an accident near Manchester where he lost control of his Ferrari 599 in a tunnel. Despite the car looking nearly as bad as Brazil’s World Cup loss to Germany, Ronaldo somehow escaped unscathed.

After adding ‘crashing a Ferrari’ on his long list of achievements, it looks like Ronaldo is going to be involved in a tug of war between football heaven and automobile hell.

No need to feel too sorry for Ronaldo though. With all the money he earns from being the second-highest paid athlete in the world, he probably has a garage full of back-up super-cars and hyper-jets just in case of an incident like this.
