Admittedly, this is the one that most people are likely to know on this list, but for some people it’s often a surprise to see that these two characters were played by the same actor – a certain Joseph Mazzello.

The two characters are Tim Murphy from Jurassic Park and Dustin Moskovitz from The Social Network. Tim Murphy is the grandson of Jurassic Park owner John Hammond and Dustin Moskovitz is the co-founder of Facebook. Mazzello played the characters seventeen years apart (1993 and 2010) and was really only playing low-profile roles in between, so it was something of a surprise to see him re-emerge in such a high-profile role as Moskovitz.
