While it should go without saying that people need to be careful about what they post on websites such as Instagram, there are instances where you could sympathize with somebody who was fired because of one picture. This is not one of those cases. A staff member at an assisted living facility was fired in April 2013 after the person, as explained by WCCO out of Minneapolis, uploaded a picture to Instagram of a client on a toilet. That person, who went unnamed in original reports, was fired, and people who commented on the WCCO story had little sympathy for the individual who was let go.
