3. Bill Cosby Assault Allegations
Bill Cosby, the Jello hawking, friendly star of the hit TV sitcom The Cosby Show, is in some deep trouble. The long running series ran for a total of 8 seasons in the span of 8 years. In the show, Bill Cosby plays the patriarch of the Huxtable family, Dr. Cliff Huxtable who is married to a lawyer wife and they have 4 daughters and a son. The series became a phenomenal hit both critically and in the ratings, cementing Bill Cosby’s wholesome reputation. His on screen persona is in stark contrast to what he allegedly is, a serial sexual assaulter. As of 2015, there have been 41 incidents directly involving the comedian.
