11. President Kanye West
By now, we are all accustomed to Kanye West’s rants and tirades. But his latest shocker might just be the one that sticks. Kanye announced his candidacy at the 2015 Video Music Awards much to the delight of the audience. His announcement was well received; he even had a very loud standing ovation. So, is he really serious about what he said? When interviewed by Ellen, Kim Kardashian said that she did not know that he was going to say that but added that she knows that he is really “serious.” When asked about his plan for candidacy, Kanye West told reporters that he knows that he is not a politician and that he has “a lot of growing up to do.” We’ll just have to wait and see if he really goes through with it.
