In the golden age of Hollywood, one had to actually do something to become a star. Fame, fortune and artistic prowess came hand-in-hand. Nowadays, attractiveness and family status are all that matter. The Kardashian Clan are collectively worth an estimated $300 million, but for what? Sacrificing their dignity for television? Only one of the Kardashian/Jenner group, Caitlyn Jenner, achieved something. Kim Kardashian is now the highest earning reality television star on the planet with a net worth of $85 million, all credit to the fame-grabbing concoction of choosing the right best friend (Paris Hilton), marrying right star (Kanye West) and, of course, making a s*x video.
