3. Lucky Mensah
Highlife musician, Lucky Mensah was doing quite well until he decided to sing for the NDC. For advanced countries, this is very normal because he’s an adult and he has the freedom to associate with any political party he wants. However, as stated earlier, in this part of the world, that is a different story. After his association with the NDC and the NDC coming to power in 2008 his career started going down. In an interview he stated that people are not buying his albums anymore and the NDC has also abandoned him. He asked for the party to take care of him since it’s the song he did for them that has resulted in his career decline.
He’s released a couple of materials since then but his dominance in the music industry is obviously gone.
