A lot of celebrities like to get their partner’s names tattooed on them. Nas went a step beyond that. He decided to get a portrait of then-wife Kelis tattooed on his inner right arm. And the portrait wasn’t just any old portrait. Nas got a tattoo of a topless Kelis. Yup, things got PG-13. Kelis and Nas’s marriage ended and it seems that Nas did not want to wear long sleeves all the time to cover up the ink. Instead, Nas decided to partially cover up the tattoo. He covered up Kelis’s face by eventually replacing it with a lion’s head but kept the original body intact. That’s some rich symbolism he has going on now.
