Together at Manchester United the duo of Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney tore many a defence to shreds and brought many a piece of silverware to Old Trafford. Before butting heads internationally, the teenage pair faced off in the Premiership when Rooney was breaking through at boyhood club Everton.
