However, there are some organizations who want nothing to do with Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Kylieor Bruce (who is now Caitlyn). Believe it or not, there are some people who think that the Kardashians would actually bring down the credibility of their business. Granted, the Kardashians are not exactly known for being the most upstanding citizens in the world, but they are worth millions and they have the power to bring attention to brands that were previously unknown. Still, there are times when people don’t seem to care much about the fame of the Kardashians. It’s a rarity, but it happens. Here are 12 places the Kardashians have been denied access to. 12. Soho House

Recently, Kim Kardashian was denied membership to Soho House. Apparently, Kim has been trying to get access to the private club for quite some time, but each time, she has been told “no.” Soho House celebrated its five year anniversary not too long ago, and the former membership director of the club confirmed that Kardashian has been unsuccessful when it comes to being a member of the club. The former director also alluded to the fact that being a reality star doesn’t exactly mean that a person is “worthy” of a Soho House membership. Even though Kendall Jenner seems to be the most level-headed of the Kardashian sisters, even she gets denied access to parties sometimes. Apparently, Kendall couldn’t get into the party because she was too young. Her friend Justin Bieber attempted to come to her rescue, and resorted to his usual method of conflict resolution—throwing a tantrum. However, security didn’t budge. Kendall is only 19, and when she, Justin and about 20 of their other friends had their IDs checked at the door of the Neon Carnival, Jenner was told she wouldn’t be able to party. The entire group of friends left, since Kendall wasn’t allowed to come in. How nice. 10. The Hamptons There’s been a rumor going around that Kourtney and her younger sister Khloe, were denied access into the Hamptons. The sisters wanted to shoot their spin-off reality series there, but residents of the Hamptons didn’t like the idea. According to TMZ , real estate agents were having a hard time renting a home to the Kardashian sisters in the Hamptons, because residents were afraid the reality stars would “attract too much trash.” A native of Southampton suggested that Khloe and Kourtney film the show in East Hampton, where there’s lots of “new money,” but the eastern region of the Hamptons doesn’t want to be bothered with paparazzi and loud parties, either. What a shame. 9. Penthouse While he’s technically not a Kardashian-in-law anymore, Lamar Odom is still part of the family, and has Khloe’s support after a recent drug overdose left him in a coma. According to reports, he’s getting progressively better and has made a public appearance. Before the drug incident, however, Odom tried to get into the exclusive club Penthouse while he and Khloe were estranged. Khloe was in the club partying with her sisters and her then-boyfriend rapper French Montana. Security was concerned that Lamar would try to start a fight with Montana, so he was denied access to the club. At the time, Odom was still obligated by contract to appear on Keeping Up With the Kardashians , so that probably had something to do with his attempt to get into the club as well. 8. Kourtney Kardashian’s House

Scott Disick is also an ex Kardashian-in-law, for all intents and purposes. He and Kourtney were together for over a decade and have three children together. Disick has battled with alcohol addiction for years, and went to rehab at least twice. He and Kourtney have had their ups and downs, but when he was seen getting a little too comfortable with an ex-girlfriend on a yacht, Kourtney finally called it quits in the summer of 2015. Now, he is denied access to the home they used to share, although some reports say that Scott now has to use the visitor’s entrance. According to reports, Kourtney has stated that Scott is not fit to be a parent at the moment, but it also seems that the two are trying to be civil for the sake of the children. 7. The Driver’s Seat

So technically, Kourtney Kardashian wasn’t banned from this restaurant in the Hamptons, but there’s a good chance she won’t be welcomed back. When she was pregnant with her third child, she had a meal during the filming of her reality show with sister Khloe. Allegedly, she didn’t leave the waiter a tip, which is in pretty poor taste when you’re worth millions. She then went to Southampton Social Club for dinner, and since the show was still filming, Kourtney asked the diners there to sign release forms. Reportedly, this didn’t go over well either, but a representative for Kourtney stated that the guests at the restaurant didn’t have a problem with it. We’re starting to see why the people in the Hamptons didn’t want the Kardashians there. 6. Greystone Manor

Kylie Jenner was denied access into the West Hollywood Club, Greystone Manor, because well, it’s a club. She was only 17 at the time, and her boyfriend, rapper Tyga, was supposed to make an appearance there. In a show of loyalty to his underage girlfriend, Tyga decided to ditch the appearancebecause Kylie couldn’t get into the club. Romantic? Possibly. Smart? Not so much. Tyga reportedly called the club several times throughout the day of his appearance to ask if Kylie could be added to the guest list, and even pushed back his arrival time, but it was no use. When the club promoters wouldn’t budge, Tyga decided to go dance and rap the night away at nearby club Argyle. 5. South Beach

Remember when Kourtney and Khloe took Miami? Their spin-off reality show was short-lived, but die-hard Kardashian fans were still there for every episode. The Kardashian sisters initially wanted to film the show in South Beach, but the residents were very clear about the fact that Khloe and Kourtney were not wanted there. So, they had to move the “party” to North Beach. Reportedly, the residents of South Beach were pretty serious about not wanting the Kardashians around. Perhaps they regret their decision now, since it seems like the Kardashians are here to stay. Then again, maybe not, since the family is famous for a variety of reasons. 4. Kendall Jenner’s Fashion Shows Kendall Jenner is enjoying great success as a supermodel, and she credits some of her success to keeping her family away from her shows. Jenner has stated that her relatives make her nervous, and she also doesn’t want there to be a swarm of paparazzi at the show, stealing the attention away from the models and designer. Kendall even stated that Kim would call her if she got an invite for a show, and ask Jenner if it was alright for her to attend. Kendall made it clear that she didn’t want Kim there. Even though that sounds harsh, you’ve got to understand where she’s coming from, and she really wants to continue being taken seriously as a model. 3. Anderson Cooper’s Talk Show There was a time when reporter hottie Andersoon Cooper had his own talk show. When Cooper appeared on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live , he was asked who he would ban from his show, if anyone. Anderson said “the Kardashians.” Unfortunately, about two minutes before Cooper gave his answer, Khloe Tweeted about how much she loved Anderson! Talk about awkward. It just goes to show that the love isn’t always mutual when it comes to the Kardashians and other celebrities. Then again, maybe Anderson just had to think on his feet. Or, maybe he meant it. Either way, it’s got to sting a little. 2. The Met Ball For quite some time, the Kardashians were not allowed to attend the Met Ball, because Anna Wintour is quite particular about who she allows at such a prestigious event. Then, Kanye got engaged to and married Kim Kardashian, so Kim was finally allowed to attend, because Wintour and Kanye are friends. After Kim’s first Met Ball, she brought some members of her family the following year. But, the Kardashians shouldn’t get too comfortable. Anna Wintour has a strict rule about pictures being taken at the event (it’s not allowed). But Kim, in her attention-hungry way, broke that rule, so now, there’s a good chance that the Kardashians will once again be banned. 1. The State of Florida This “ban” probably doesn’t hold much weight, but a prisoner in Florida named Wayne Albright requested a temporary restraining order against the Kardashian family. Well, everyone except Rob. Albright, a sex offender, also referred to Kim and Kanye as “moose knuckles” and said he wanted to ban the couple from appearing on television or crossing state lines. He also made it clear that Kim and Kanye should only be on TV if they are on “Court TV and they’re on trial for posing as a famous couple.” We’re sure there are other people who feel this way, but no one else has gone to such great lengths to (fruitlessly attempt to) ban the Kardashians from an entire state.
