4. Boy George

Like George Michael, Boy George is an English singer and songwriter who had a great deal of success during the 1980s. He was the lead singer of the pop band Culture Club, and was known for having a soulful voice while sporting an androgynous appearance; unfortunately, he has had his share of legal troubles. His most bizarre legal issue came in 2008 when he was arrested for the false imprisonment of a male Norwegian prostitute. Boy George had apparently handcuffed the man to a wall, struck him with a chain and threatened his life; but in his defense, George said that he never planned to actually kill the man. He was sentenced to serve fifteen months in prison, but was released after four months for good behavior.
