6. Lamar Odom 

Lamar Odom enjoyed seven seasons with the Lakers before being traded to the Dallas Mavericks in 2011 following a declining performance. His marriage to Khloe Kardashian then crumbled in 2013, coinciding with a very brief return to the Lakers and then the New York Knicks before leaving the NBA altogether. Since then, the once bubbly Odom seems to have gone into isolation, gaining a concerning amount of weight, being slapped with DUIs and starting to use drugs. He was discovered unconscious in a brothel in 2015, barely alive after an overdose. While his sobriety seems to be back on track for now, his NBA career is still at a standstill.
