His wife is a successful lawyer, and Cromartie had a vasectomy (since he probably has enough kids). However, vasectomies are not 100 percent fool-proof and his wife is now pregnant – with twins! He’s allegedly paying $336,000 in child support, which is more than many Americans with full-time jobs make annually. 9. Britney Spears

However, once the marriage dissolved, Shepherd did not recognize the baby as her own. Multiple lawsuits brought the issue all the way to the Supreme Court, and it was concluded that since she was involved in the surrogate process that she was financially obligated to pay Lamar child support. She now pays around $4,000 in child support, but still refuses to claim the child and often refers to him as, “Lamar’s son.” Lamar gave an exclusive interview with Radar Online in February 2016 saying, “One day LJ is going to be old enough to look at this on the Internet and see how far that she has gone to not love him. It’s really just hurtful.” 1. Sofia Vergara

During the marriage of Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb, the couple created two frozen embryos containing Loeb’s sperm and Vergara’s eggs. There was a specific contract drawn up stating, “any embryos created through the process could be brought to term only with both parties’ consent.” While this seems like an open-and-shut case, Loeb sued Vergara four months after the couple split, saying that the contract didn’t specify what exactly would happen to the embryos. After their divorce, Vergara wanted the embryos destroyed, and Loeb wanted to bring these embryos to life. In May 2015, Loeb sued for custody of the embryos, and even wrote an op-ed piece entitled, “Our Frozen Embryos Have a Right to Live.” This case has sparked huge debate, since it brings up the fact that Vergara will be financially responsible for the embryos if they are brought to term.
