Toke Makinwa writes post-humous birthday tribute: On air personality, Toke Makinwa just wrote a touching post-humous birthday tribute to her mother who died in a house fire when she was only 8 years old.

She wrote;

were here you’ll be a year older but you not so I pray for your soul. My beautiful Rose  Happy Birthday Mama, as I grow older I miss you more than words can tell, I wonder how close we would be if you were here, I carry you in my heart always 

 I celebrate you everyday. You served God, you were kind and your light shines still.
