BBNaija Level Up edition winner, Josephine Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has announced that she has filed a petition against a hair vendor, Dami Olaore.
Recall that the hair vendor, who owns @dbeautyworld on Instagram, alleged that the actress borrowed a wig for a movie premiere and refused to return it.
Phyna initially denied the allegations, but later admitted that she did borrowed the wig but returned it after being called out online.
However, the hair vendor claims that she rejected the wig when the reality star tried to return it.
Feeling attacked, the influencer decided to take action. Phyna filed a petition to the police against the hair vendor, accusing her of cyberbullying and cyberstalking.
Sharing the news to her fans, she wrote;
“For some reason in December, I was falsely accused of what I know nothing about…. And I have been constantly bullied and embarrassed over a rented wig, with the help of the Nigeria police I am pleased to say justice is coming.”
She also shared a letter which shows that Dami has apologized to her after she was arrested by the police.
