#8. Oliver Kahn
Oliver Kahn was one of the best goalkeepers of the past decade and perhaps one of the best keepers of all times. In a career that spanned over 21 years, Kahn racked up 630 appearances at club level -he also collected 86 appearances with his national team. Although he won several trophies at club and individual level, he never won a major international silverware. Germany lost 2-0 to Brazil in the 2002 World Cup final, but Kahn won the Golden Ball for his brilliant performance throughout the campaign.
