Kelechi Iheanacho
The Manchester city forward has been labelled by some as the next big thing to emerge from African football.
He has had a phenomenal 2015, scoring 5 goals so far for Man City and securing his place in the team’s senior squad. His most recent goal came in Man City 2-1 win over Swansea over the weekend.
He was included in the 40-man strong shortlist to be crowned as Europe’s best young player. Iheanacho has been hugging the headlines in recent times.
The Golden Boy Award is reserved for players under the age of 21 and the winner of the award, voted for by journalists from 30 newspapers around the world, will be announced in December.
