Oh no, another Disney Channel kid star gone bad! From what we can conclude, Disney has been nothing but a factory of sin. Just kidding. At only 23 years of age, she already has a notable music, as well as an acting career. This kind of early exposure to fame usually leads to troubles, and Lovato was no exception. She entered and completed a rehab program when she was 18. Luckily she is now doing great, and recently Demi did a totally nude, no makeup photoshoot. She says the reason behind this is to promote the feeling of comfort and confidence in your body.
