Once upon a time Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom fell in love and seemed to be living happily ever after until things got very dark. It is no secret that Odom recently had a near death experience due to substance abuse and although Khloe Kardashian has stuck beside him, that does not mean that they are getting back together.

Khloe is a good person with a big heart who does not want to turn her back on her ex-husband when he needs her most.
