Men who found a lost wallet laments after finding out it contains 10 packs of condom and no money (See Video)

The video of men bitterly lamenting after picking up a missing wallet containing ten packs of condom but  with no cash.

The men complained and mocked whoever might be the owner of the missing wallet for not having any money in it but have that many numbers of condoms.

Speculations have it that the owner of the wallet must be a very poor man that is equally promiscuous and leads a life of infidelity.
