A Nigerian Air Force officer has gone online to celebrate his retirement after serving his country for 11 years dedicatedly.
The military officer with the handle, @Marshalwahlexy took to Twitter to reveal that he has hung his boots from the force.
He shared photos of himself in his military garb and disclosed that he would be drawing his last paycheck as a soldier, and called on netizens to wish him a happy retirement.
He wrote:
“After 11 years of Active Service to my fatherland Nigeria.
Today I drew my last paycheck as I say goodbye to the NAF.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve 🤝 For God and For Country.
Thank you Nigeria Air Force
Thank you Nigeria 🇳🇬
Wish me Happy life in Retirement 🤗”
