The mother received cash in the shape of cakes, flowers, and stenciled words.
She was surprised at first by what she was seeing.
In the video which was shared online, she kept wondering whether what she was given was some kind of flower that looked like money.
When she was informed that it was real money, she shouted for joy and broke into dance of jubilations.
