9. Nebiat Habtemariam

This is a strange one. Nebiat Habtemariam is a long-distance runner from Eritrea, a country made up of a little over 6 million people in East Africa. She has competed in several national long-distance events, including the 2008 Summer Olympics, where she finished 48^th in the Women’s Marathon. During a 5,000-meter race at Olympic Stadium, Habtemariam, who had to borrow a man’s oversized vest and was not wearing a bra, ran the entire race with part of her breasts exposed.
