It should be pretty plain to see what Ashlee got work done on: her nose and her chin.  Her big transformation happened at the start of her music career (remember that?  Yes, that happened).  Maybe she was jealous of all the attention her older sister got as she was growing up.

When asked about her plastic surgery, she denied it saying that people were just comparing bad pictures of her to good pictures of her.  However, it’s pretty clear that she had some work done.  She should just admit it and get it over with!
