Kim Kardashian wants everyone to think that she was born from a God and is infallible; that’s probably why she marriedKanye West (the only people that love Kanye and Kim more than Kanye and Kim are Kim and Kanye).

Look at the pictures though and you’ll know that she went under the knife.  Her nose is clearly different, her cheeks are more pronounced, and her jawline is tighter.  Sure, the changes might be subtle, which is how she’s been able to get away with lying, but she probably had some work done.  And most people believe that her butt was a product of surgery.  Really, that thing is not natural.
