This one we all knew about, right?  Janet Jackson is one of those people you can tell had plastic surgery just by looking at her.  If you look at the side-by-side pictures to compare her before and after shots, they look like two completely different people!  Janet was adorable before she had any surgeries.  She looked sweet and charming and personable.  Maybe she got plastic surgery to look more like her more famous brother; maybe she wanted to give off a vibe of youth and sexiness instead of sweetness and charm.  In any case, she’s definitely had work done, despite what she’d have you think.
